Blake Proud first became well known when he starred on the world famous My Kitchen Rules in 2019. Blake and his sister Amanda leaped to the top of the leader board and became the show favourite after they scored a perfection 10 and Manu said Thier pork belly dish was the best the show had seen. Although they stayed for 16 episodes, before being eliminated, Blake & Amanda will go down as one of the most famous and popular teams to ever be cast on My Kitchen Rules.
