Kirk Newmann was born on the 20th March 1981 in the small village of Mosbach in Germany raised by a Turkish mother & German stepfather. He is based in the United Kingdom having spent the last decade working in both the UK & USA. Kirk is now a full time model having fronted campaigns for global brands, the demands of a new found career in modeling & acting led him to taking the plunge leaving his career as business development manager for a global chain of restaurants for over a decade. Kirk is steadily moving into the acting world with an upcoming part in the new Jack Ryan TV series. Kirk's modeling career took off in 2015, he has fronted many video campaigns including most recently in 2017 for global brands including, Fabergé Watches, Haig Club Whisky, Gillette, Oral B and Tequila 1800. His first acting role was in a lengthy music video where he was the lead playing a hit-man for the Kaiser Chiefs' song Listen To Your Head. His latest advert casts Kirk as a pianist who moonlights as a boxer in Tequila 1800 - 'Just Refined Enough' his role was a demanding one filmed over a week in this cinema & television advert shown in North America & Canada which quickly reached almost 10 million hits online & is growing. A former pupil of London's Central School of Drama Kirk has starred in three short films by director Daniel Ruebesam - Brother Heart, Dazwischen and Rise of the Spartans. Recently Kirk had a role in the critically acclaimed British TV series, a spy thriller BUMP, directed by Mono Ghose. In 2017 Kirk Newmann features as Sun - King Avad in the PlayStation 4 video game Horizon Zero Dawn which won the award for Best Original Game at the Game Critics Awards in 2015 and 2016, It was the best-selling launch of an original IP on the PlayStation 4 console, selling over three million copies by June 2017, making it the second best-selling PlayStation 4 video game.
