[on training Alexander Skarsgard for Tarzan] Seven or ten days before Alex began filming we had a camera test, where he took his shirt off for the first time. And, you know, we'd been working out for four months, doing great. Only, off comes his shirt, and he's just . . . flat. No muscle volume. Sure, for me and you, he looked great, but he needs to look like frickin' Tarzan, you know? So that was the only time we butted heads. He wanted to work out more. And to eat less. And I had to sit him down and say, 'Listen, I'm going to cut your sessions in half.' And he almost worked out behind my back. I had to stop him. Also, I had to go to the chef - to Alex's chef - and up Alex's calories without Alex knowing. And you know, ten days after, he took his shirt off, and he was there. His cortisol was too high.
