Mr. Michael Dowd, Consultant/Trainer/On-Air Talent, has over seventeen years of experience in the DoD and Interagency community, specializing in various disciplines. Michael has also worked as an editorial clothing model in SOHO, NYC for Beau Brummel and ARI clothing Inc. and has also appeared on Allison Weiner's Media Mayhem show.
