Victor Loukianenko was born the 30 October 1975 in a small town of Zolotonosha in central part of Ukraine, but his birthday place was officially recorded in Ternopil, west part of Ukraine, by residence of his parents.In 1995 he arrived in France.He took acting classes in French School of Drama Art "Ecole Florent" in Paris, where he spent 1 year of study, than 1 year in local Conservatory of Levallois-Perret in acting class.His performance was refined in acting workshops of Jack Waltzer.His acting experience and knowledge about movie industry helped to achieve extra parts in different big movie projects and acting in independent short movies.
