It is a dramatic film full of criminal events directed by Andrew Jones. This film tells about a police investigator trying to collaborate with a jailed mob for a dangerous mission. The police investigator begins his mission by consulting with the imprisoned madman Ted Bundy to help him capture the 'Green River Killer'. Although the task is almost too difficult, Bundy is the only one capable of performing that task.
