Single mom Dee Dee returns to her hometown after a lengthy absence, posing a potential threat to the marriage of her old high school flame and his wife. Ultimately, however, the wife warms up to both her 'rival' and her son, just before Dee Dee poignantly reveals the real reason for her unexpected homecoming.
