An ex-con is embedded with a deceased CIA’s agent’s memories to complete a task. The CIA agent was on an operation In Germany finding the whereabouts of a mysterious hacker. Frantic to know his location, officials requested the help of a neurosurgeon who is able to transfer memories between two individuals. When the ex-con awakens with new memories, he should go on an operation to locate the Dutchman and kill him before the hacker is able to release ICBM’s and starts World War |||. The operation takes a turn as it become slightly personal.
