The movie is about a New York’s young citizen who always dream to be a police but is refused by NYPD. Finally, he decides to be a security guard for Empire State company and uses his own position and knowledge about security to steal $9 million.

Montiel's worked through this type of tough guy material before, yet there's still no sign of creative growth. Maybe it's time for the filmmaker to move out of New York City and see what the rest of the country is up to.
