The events start with the terrorist attack of the Taj Hotel in Mumbai, where it was a real tragedy in which the hotel staff risked their lives to keep everyone safe. Because of that incident, hotel staff proved that they were capable of making unimaginable sacrifices to protect themselves and their families who were about to die.
