The film follows the story of the Panamanian boxer Roberto Duran who changed the course of his country when he overpowered the world and helped to inspire the entire nation. Roberto was able to stand up to its CIA-funded dictator for independence in Panama. Roberto was a global boxer as he managed to mobilize squares all over the world in order to achieve the independence of his country, which is modern Panama.
