The film content: Jesse Stone: Sea Change is a American television film directed by Robert Harmon based on the novel Sea Change by Robert B. Parker. The film tells a story about the police chief of a small town investigating the mysterious murder of a teller who is shot during a bank robbery, and an alleged rape leads him into conflict with the town council.
