When his brother is cruelly murdered, Gaultier deserts his assignment and travels to the United States to help his widowed sister-in-law, who is now struggling to care for her children. To earn the money needed, Gaultier decides to take part in some very dangerous clandestine fights.

The fight scenes, which are all Van Damme fans care about anyway, are pumped up by swift edits, which repeat snippets over and over so that it's the MTV equivalent of boxing, and punched-up volume control that adds bangs, pows and zonks wherever possible.
