The movie focuses on Kane Madison, who is facing serious stress issues with his sick wife who wants him to trust God while his doppelganger-like spirit, an eighteenth century Ronin, wanders a parallel netherworld of masked demons and Japanese swordsmen. When things take a turn for the worse, regarding his wife, Kane has to decide which side he is going to take.
