Cal and his friends Uno and Kossi try to earn money to save the inner city strip mall where their businesses reside after the landlord loses the building to a neighborhood thug, Devine while gambling. In order to save their jobs they struggle to come up with Devine's money enlisting the help of their friends and neighbors who come together to support them with no questions asked.
