The Carboni brothers, con man Cosmo, disabled war veteran Lenny and dim-witted Victor, are determined to leave the slums of New York City. The trio tries to help each other with Victor's wrestling career using Lenny's promotional skills and Cosmo's con-artist tactics to thwart a sleazy manager.
