In a dramatic and adventure atmosphere, this movie revolves around the struggle of a young successful detective, Johnny Utah, who in order to catch a group of bank robbers, who is known as the' x presidents', as they cover their faces with the pictures of the last presidents, so Johnny masquerades in order to arrest those robbers.
