This story tells about a series of dangerous missions that US Special Envoy Leon S. Kennedy. The US government has decided to send Kennedy to a small country in Eastern Europe to verify rumors that organic biological weapons are being used in the war. Kennedy began his mission by sneaking into the town, but the US government apparently ordered him to leave immediately after his arrival. Kennedy decided to break the orders and order and enter the battlefield to end the series of tragedies caused by B.O.W.s, and may put Kennedy's life in danger again.
