It consists of two episodes from Hannah Barbera's The New Scooby-doo Movies, 'The Dynamic Scooby-doo Affair' and 'The Caped Crusader Caper', where Scooby-doo and the gang team up with Batman and Robin to capture Joker and The Penguin.
