There is a serial killer traveling through Canada and possibly stealing the identities of his victims. After a long time, investigations into those serious cases of this serial killer began in Montreal within the FBI. Elena Scott is investigating but the local police may have doubts about her direction because of her investigative style. Scott begins to approach art dealer James Costa, who says he is an eyewitness to the latest murder. They both begin to approach when Costa becomes very important in capturing the killer and perhaps there will be a romantic side.
