In an exciting story about a young man named Eric Draven, a rock musician who was killed with his fiancée, Chile, by a group of thugs and raiders who terrorize the rundown city they live in. A year after his death, mystical ambiguity appears in Eric's grave. The crow is guided to his killers Tin Ten and Phony Boy the Bugger and T Bird and Skunk. Erik starts to get by, and Eric gives these thugs a tough lesson they may not have been through all their lives. Things change when their leader sends a Top-Dollar and tries to change things completely
