Jeff is the manager of the bowling alley called Winky World and may be secretly hiding inside. Every day, Jeff is the first to arrive and the last to leave the golf course. In the end, when Jeff discovers that the owner (Jim O'Heir) has a plan to sell the bowling alley, tries to find a way to save Winkie's world from destruction and also save himself from falling into the rock.
