In this comedy film, director Amy Poehler presents the story of six women who are experiencing a new experience in their lives. These girlfriends decided to travel to Napa Valley, California, to celebrate the 50th birthday of one of their girlfriends. When the group of girlfriends arrived in Napa and began to enjoy themselves, each one began to wonder about their friendships and their future as tensions boiled over.
