Caprica may be starting off a little unevenly, but it's packed with such a wealth of great ideas that you won't want to miss a single episode.January 22, 2010
Like Battlestar Galactica, this series promises to be rich with allegory.January 22, 2010
Let's hope the pilot's spellbinding second hour points the way toward greatness.January 22, 2010
Caprica is laced with enough subplots and dense, Battlestar-style intrigue that the new viewer will need to work to keep up.January 22, 2010
Caprica manages to take on some daring themes with that familiar dedication to character and plot.January 22, 2010
The plot sometimes doesn't seem to have enough story to sustain itself.June 18, 2018
Caprica may have been one of the best pilots I've seen since the "Battlestar Galactica" miniseries...October 08, 2010

Caprica did a great job in terms of production value with impressive special effects and superb acting by an impressive cast.January 23, 2010
Like Battlestar Galactica's profound philosophical questions about life, religion, technology, society, etc., Caprica kept in line with its running commentary on the current state of our world.March 21, 2010
Who knows how I'll feel about it by season three, but right now, I'm entranced.January 22, 2010
It's not Battlestar Galactica, in that it swaps out the military components of that show for a bit of teen angst and soap opera intrigue, but I really like the lead performances by Eric Stoltz and Esai Morales.
