This series tells more about the Adventures of Animation by The G.I. Joe Special Missions Force faces the dangerous Cobra gang. After a successful raid on a broadcast satellite, the Cobra gang now threatens the world with a revolutionary device called the MASS, which can take away anything that appears to be out of existence all over the world. On the other hand, The G.I. Joe Special Missions Force builds a MASS device that can stop that dangerous gang.
