Ian Collins was born in Toronto, Ontario and is the eldest of two children; he is the son of Scottish Canadian Margaret Collins and Guyanese Canadian Prince Michael. In his early childhood, Ian began participating in youth choirs and local stage productions,he continued and improved upon his training until he reached college. After completing his Culinary Arts Degree at the age of 18, Ian opted to follow his passion for performance and realize his cinematic goals. As a young and vibrant actor, Ian has starred in several commercials for recognizable brands such as Cannon, ASUS, and Budweiser and landed memorable roles in films such as Twist of Faith, Kidnappers Opera, and most recently the lead of "Evil in Us". Actors such Zachary Quinto and Michael Fassbender exemplify the diverse and strong acting capabilities that Ian strives to master in every role he takes on. Now living and training in Vancouver, British Columbia, Ian has come a long way way from his first audition tape--a song to Barney the purple dinosaur--to now honing his craft and steadily becoming a talent to be on the lookout for.
