Born and raised in Southern California, Jay has been in numerous commercials, television, film, and theater. After graduating from Biola University with a degree in film, he began performing in national tours with Miss Saigon, and in the Las Vegas Queen musical- We Will Rock You! He is best known for his work on Nickelodeon's Henry Danger, FOX's New Girl, ABCs Scandal, and NBCs Parks and Recreation. His mother is from Hawaii of Japanese descent and father is from the Philippines. He's also a member at Upright Citizens Brigade Improv Group and a proud Screen Actors Guild member. Hide
