A husband named Tom works for a lot of money through his temporary work, suddenly abandoning his permanent work to realize his dream, owning his own project. His new project, which he dreamed of as a machine shop with many privileges for the enemy of the arch and must now enter the race to win and win a lot of money.

The best thing I can say about Shifting Gears is that's its an incredibly mediocre and unoriginal film...with solid performances all around, Shifting Gears pushes itself barely passed the recommendation line.
