The documentary series follows a series of events in the competitive barbecue world, while every year millions of people travel to different places in order to taste the different barbecue. They travel everywhere to sample samples of the leading chefs in the American barbecue. Competitors emerge from their homes as they prepare for competitions and start different experiences in a different barbecue world.
