The season begins, where it appears that William Boone, the protector of Taelon who led the secret human resistance movement still faces a new paradigm of challenge. At these moments, William may have woken up from the suspended cartoon status of the Mothership by Sandoval. Within this framework, he wakes up to find that Taelons and Jaridians have merged into a new alien species.
