EPISODE
SEASON
In the second season, things seem to go against Cybele's wishes when he stole a large sum of money. In those moments, Basil puts a handful on the dragonfly, and a psychiatrist and his wife come to stay there, but Sybil seems to be telling them everything about Basil's life. In those moments, an American and his wife get unsatisfactory service in Faulty Towers, but things remain the same with greater complications.

There weren't any largely obvious differences between the first and second series, save for a tighter rein on some of the denser scripts. The farce got more darkly outrageous and personal, leaving no room for improvement in any of the six episodes.
