The series tells the story of a girl working as a media agent who is in the midst of a wonderful comedy journey through her career. Rowen is a person who does public relations, promotes, declares and does whatever it takes. During this career, Rowen cleans up the chaos left by her bad-behaved clients over long periods of time. But there is a dynamic background in London that might make Rowen present a wonderful and exciting comedy life.

It's a rotten business, with rotten people, but Flack is entertaining nonetheless. It shines a light on the grotesque nature of fame, and although it humanizes some of the players, and makes you laugh, it doesn't let you forget that they are terrible.
