A series of events that speak of the forces of evil and good who race together at the same time. Everything is going well except Aziraphale, a tough angel and Crowley is a demon who lives among the mortals of the earth from the beginning. Both forces face a series of events where they have grown into lifelong followers without the will of the next war. Everything is going well according to divine power and there is someone who has put the Antichrist in a strange place.

There's a lot to take in while watching Good Omens, but Neil Gaiman and director Douglas MacKinnon have done a fine job of making a show that's fun to watch.May 30, 2019
Good Omens continues to have its special effects moments. But there aren't enough of them to overcome the basic tedium afflicting it.May 30, 2019
A cursory overview of the plot would suggest that the two decide to work together to defend humanity from divine caprice - but the performances make it clear that what each entity is truly fighting for is one another, and the bond they've forged.May 30, 2019
Together, it's like watching two musicians at the top of their game play a duet; they positively sing... The rest of it's not bad -- not world-ending, but not exactly heavenly, either.May 28, 2019
The six-episode limited series loses momentum as it goes, making the teased possibility of a sequel less and less appealing.May 30, 2019
The show is at its best when David Tennant and Michael Sheen are together, coming up with hare-brained schemes to (if not cancel but at least) postpone the end of times.May 31, 2019
Led by a stellar cast and imbued with playful touches, the series is a delightful comedy about the end of the world.May 31, 2019
The script is, unsurprisingly, annunciation-grade, luminously funny and strikingly poignant-and considering the principal characters include angels, demons and witches, (and a tween Antichrist) it's as human as they come.May 30, 2019
Such archness. Such ostentatious charm and so-called wit. It made me feel like I wanted to suck the sugar from my teeth.May 24, 2019
Watch it for [Michael] Sheen's prissy bon viveur and [David] Tennant's snake-eyed and snake-hipped devil, who "sauntered vaguely downwards" rather than fell.
