The series deals with a host of dramatic events facing Jackie Quinones, a sad lesbian in Provincetown, Massachusetts. One day Jackie's life changes completely as she discovers a body in Cape Cod Bay, and finds herself in the midst of the terrible heroin epidemic in Cape, which turns her life upside down.
