Season 4 presents a series of events Miranda encounters on her usual day. The season begins with a difficult encounter Miranda faces as she decides to try out a choice between Gary and Mike for marriage. An optimal choice may be rejection of both. On the other hand, Miranda is trying to convince herself and others that the choice will come to Gary, which is surprising.
