The 13th season begins with new issues facing Murdoch. There is a violent case investigated by Murdoch where a construction worker was shot, causing a real uproar at that moment. Murdoch began to pursue a witness in order to identify what had happened and to identify the involvement of anti-union thugs in that period. Murdoch is also investigating the murder of a young woman who disappeared long ago.
