It is a series of dramatic events that we live through High Water, the most performing arts school in the city. The events begin when the twins Tale and Janell move from Ohio, where they find themselves in a world of challenge. Tal and Janell try to navigate their new world inside and outside the dance floor. It may be a serious challenge as they discover the depth of their willingness to fulfill their dreams.
