This competition is based on a group of rap singers who are trying to reach fame. Each time, the five aspiring rappers begin their mission to compete for a record contract with So So Def Recordings. The contestants meet with TIP's rap star, offering more performances to insiders including Da Pratt and Michael Brian Cox.
